How does billing work?
You’ll be invoiced 50% up front. The remaining 50% will be paid upon project completion. We also offer 3-6 month payment plans for small businesses.
I need this quicker than 3 weeks. Can you prioritize my project?
We work with a wide range of clients and can’t guarantee an expedited timeline. However, depending on the urgency of your project, we’re always willing to hear to why your project needs a quicker turn. Get in touch with our team with more details.
What if I already have a logo but want it refreshed?
All of our work is custom. We’re happy to consider what you like about your current logo, but we specialize in crafting new identities and can discuss details for your specific needs on our intro call.
Know you need a logo, but not able to financially invest? We understand that starting a new venture often means funds are tight. We still want beautiful, custom brands to be accessible! Our shop of pre-built logos may fit your current budget.
